Ran graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English language from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and then achieved a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from the Leeds University Business School in 2001.
Ran has over 10 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales in the Telecom industry, specializing in sales, market research, and product positioning.
She worked as a consultant for Channel 12 of China Central Television in 2002.
Founder of CULDF Chicago Agency : Kyle D. Shrader
Kyle D. Shrader is a high school student at Hinsdale Central High School. A highly achieved scholar, he holds an excellent GPA(5.8) as well as many academic awards. He is well respected volunteer, tri-sport athlete, and leader/role model.
Kyle was awarded with the Young Scholar accolade and placed on the Dean’s List for his excellence in academia. Kyle also won the “2018 Chicago Chinese Youth Leadership Award” for his leadership capabilities and the Excellent Community Service Award from the Midwest Asian Health Association for over 300 hours of service.[more]
Senior Representative (Shanghai):Grace Zhao(Zhao Tingting)
Grace received her MBA from Renmin University of China. From 2009 to 2015, she served as special assistant to Mr. Wu Jianmin, former Chinese Ambassador to France and president of China Foreign Affairs University.
Grace has extensive experience in managing international conferences. These include:

- Visit to the Fair bank Center for Chinese Studies at Harvard and National Committee on US-China Relations in 2010
- US-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue from 2012 to 2014

Senior Representative (Shanghai): Cherry HUO (HUO Ran)
Cherry graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and received her MBA degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. She is currently serving as Marketing Director for the US division at Wailian Overseas Consulting Group.
She previously worked as Head of the Media Department of the Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and Marketing Director of East China Operation and Business School of Zhisland. She has extensive experience in internet marketing and corporate strategy, and has also served as Host for a number of forums, Private Advisory Board and banquets, including the Youth Leader Sub-Forum of Global Entrepreneurship Week Shanghai, Zhisland’s first Private Advisory Board for entrepreneurs, and the first online Private Advisory Board of Zhisland Business School.
VIP Manager: Polly JIANG (JIANG Haimei)
Polly graduated from Communication University of China with a Bachelor’s degree in International Journalism.
Prior to joining CULDF, she worked as copy editor and new media editor at CCTV. Polly previously worked on a number of nonprofit projects with the Chinese Youth Development Foundation and China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, and volunteered at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. Polly has four years of marketing experience, specializing in new media operations.
Senior Representative (Australia) : Jennifer Zhu
As the second generation of Australia immigrants, Ms. Zhu grew up in Sydney, and had rich life experience in Australia. She graduated from global well-known universities and accessed both medical management degree and law degree.
Ms. Zhu, a licensed Australian lawyer, licensed Australian immigration agent and Australian JP; she is currently the Senior Representative (AU) of CULDF.
Ms. Zhu has been involved in many governmental investment activities in Australian States, as playing the key role of communication at home and abroad, Ms. Zhu has promoted the process of investment and immigration industry.
Moreover, Ms. Zhu also has been the guest speaker to introduce and analyze the national policies in many top organizations, like Zhisland business, SEE foundation, E-house, etc.

Senior Representative (New York): Perry MAO (MAO Peirui)
Perry graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Organizations and Leadership. While at Columbia, she served as president of the Future China Initiative and vice president of the Organizational Leadership Association. During her undergraduate studies at Shanghai International Studies University, she founded three student clubs, won five championships in the young entrepreneurs research competition, and was crowned in the Shanghai regional of Miss Universe.
Perry has experience in management consulting, human resources and public relations, having worked for Bain Capital, L’Oreal and Interpublic Group. She also has seven years’ teaching and language training experience.
Senior Representative (international): Temir Assanov
With a strong background in both business and education, Temir specializes in international business development. A native of Kazakhstan, Temir sees great potential in Kazakhstan’s ability to export organic and eco-friendly agricultural products, and as such, his main focus is in the fields of agriculture and technologies. Being active in academia, Temir teaches Business Ethics as a visiting lecturer at the KAZGUU, one of the leading universities in Kazakhstan.
Temir holds an MA in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, an MA in Finance from the KAZGUU and a BA in International Law from Peking University. As a high-performing student, Temir was awarded the Kazakhstan President’s scholarship to study at Peking University. He is fluent in English, Chinese, Russian and Kazakh.
Senior Representative (Los Angeles): Angel
Angel graduated from Washington University in St.Louis with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, in the United States. She double majored in Finance and Mathematics and received Dean’s Lists and Magna Cum Laude in college.
Angel gained her financial knowledge and industry expertise through intense live deal execution and frequent interaction with executive teams and Global Head of eCommerce at MS. Since 2017, she has closed the $[TBU] million initial public offering for REVOLVE Group Inc. (“RVLV”); the $970 million refinancing transaction for 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide,Inc; and the $5.6 billion restructuring package for Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P.
